to which such total failure of qualified recipients

to the Grantor's brother, PHILIP W. VINEYARD,
and the Grantor's sister, HELEN M. NYMARR;
provided, however, if either of the Grantor's
said sister or brother shall have died leaving
descendants at the time of such failure of
qualified recipients, the Trustee shall pay
over to such descendants, per stirpes, the
said share which such deceased brother or sister
of the Grantor would have received hereunder.
(F) If, under the provisions of this sub-
paragraph (3), final distribution of a share or
a portion of a share previously held for one
beneficiary is to be made to another beneficiary
or beneficiaries for whom, at that time, the
