Trustee holds a separate shar® in trust pursuant
to this subparagraph (3), such share instead of
being distributed directly to such latter bene-
ficiary, shall be added to his trust for adminis-
tration and distribution as a part thereof.
(G) (i) If under the provisions of
this subparagraph (3), any share of the °Vine-
yard Family Trust" shall vest in absolute
ownership in a minor, the Trustee is authorized
and empowered, in its uncontrolled discretion,
to hold the property so vested in such
minor, notwithstanding that such property
may consist of investments not authorized
by law for trust funds, and during the minority
of such minor to accwaulate the net income
thereof and apply all or such part of the
income or principal, as the Trustee in its
discretion may determine, to the health,
education (including college and professional
education) and support in reasonable comfort
of such minor, and upon such minor attaining
the age of 21 years to pay over the principal,
together with all accumulated income, to
such minor, and, if such minor shall die
before attaining the age of 21 years to
pay over the principal, together with all
accumulated income, to the estate of such
21.
