THIS TRUST AGRR$MENT, made this ~' defy of ~YE~000~i~ ~
1°66, by PHILIP W. VINEY~iRD of Chicago, Illinois, hereinafter
called the "Grantor', and VERNON F. VINEYARD of Winter Haven,
Florida, and PHILIP W. VINEYARD of Chicago, Illinois, hereinafter
collectively called the "Trusteep.
ARTICLE I
Trust Property
The Grantor has simultaneously with the execution of
this agreement transferred and delivered to the Trustee the
property described in Schedule A attached hereto, which the
Trustee agrees to hold in trust subject to the terms, purposes
and conditions hereinafter set forth.
ARTICLE II
Rights Reserved in Policies
The Grantor reserves to himself during his lifetime and
may receive or exercise without the consent or approval of
the Trustee or aay beneficiary hereunder, all benefits, payments,
dividends, surrender values, options, rights, powers and privileges
with respect to such policies, including, but not limited
to the followingz
~a) The power to change the beneficiary of such policies
or any of them.
fib) The right to receive all disability benefits, dividends,
payments, loan valued, or surrender values provided in such
policies or any of .them.
