between the "Wife's Part" and the "Family
part", the Trustee shall, consistent with
equitable principles requiring impartiality
between the beneficiaries of a trust, act
impartially in such allocation so that the
`Wife's Part" and the "Family Part" Shall
share ratably in any~changes in value of
assets between the valuation date fore
estate tax purposes and the date upon which
the final allocation of assets to the
"Wife's Part" and to the "Family Part"
is made; and, fn any event, the "Wife's
Part" shall be composed of assets, including
cash, fairly representative of appreciation
or depreciation in the value of all property
of the trust estate available for allocation
to the °Wife's Part" under the provisions
of this subsection (iii).
(8) The "Family Part" shall consist of
the remaining balance of the principal of the trust
after deducting therefrom the "Wife's Part" com-
puted as hereinabove provided.
(2) Upon the death of the Grantor and if the
Grantor's wife, MARY L. VINEYARD, shall have
predeceased him, then there shall be no allocation
of trust assets to a "wife's Part', and all of the
principal of the trust shall constitute the "Family
Part".
