if all of such descendants shill die prior
to the termination of the trust as hereinabove
provided, then, in that event, the trust
shall terminate upon the death of the last
to die of such descendants, and the then
principal thereof shall be distributed
and paid over to the Grantor's descendants,
per stirpes.
~C) Notwithstanding anything in sections
(A) and (B) of this subparagraph (3) to
the contrary, if, at any time and from
tune to time, the receipts of the Grantor's
wife from all sources, including payments
and distributions to her from the "Mary L.
Vineyard Trust" shall be insufficient for
any reason to cause her to live in the
manner to which she is accustomed and to
have all proper and needed medical and
kindred attention, then and in that event,
the Trustee, in its absolute discretion,
may pay to the Grantor's said wife from
the income or principal, or both, of the
several trusts created under the provisions
of this subparagraph (3), such sums as
shall be sufficient to cause her to live
in the manner to which she is accustomed
and to have all proper and needed medical
and kindred attention; provided, however,
