HomeMy WebLinkAbout2157~ ,t ~ {~ of the income or principal, ae the Trustee in its discretion may determine, to the health, education (including college and professional education) and support in reasonable comfort of such minor, and upon such minor attaining the age of 21 years to pay over the principal, together with all accumulated income, to such minor, and, if such minor shall die before attaining the age of 21 years to pay over the principal, together with all accumulated income, to the estate of such minor. The authority conferred upon the Trustee by this subparagraph shall be construed as a power only, and shall not operate to suspend the absolute ownership of such property by such minor or to prevent the absolute vesting thereof in such minor. With respect to the administration of any such property which shall vest in the absolute ownership in a minor, and which shall be held by the Trustee as authorized in this subparagraph, the Trus- tee shall have all the powers and discretions that it has with respect to the "Vineyard Family Trust" generally. (iii In case the income or any discretionary payments of principal from the "Vineyard Family Trust" or any share thereof become payable to a minor, or to a person under legal disability, or to a person not adjudicated incompetent, but who, by reason of illness or mental disability is, in the opinion of the Trustee, unable properly to administer such amounts, t$~ 179 ~~~ ~: 21. ~7 ~:
