such amounts shatl.l be used by the Trustee
directly for such beneficiary's health,
education (including college and professional
education), and support in reasonable comfort,
or shall be paid out by the Trustee in such
of the following ways as it deems best:
a. directly to such beneficiary;
b. to the legally appointed guardian
or conservator of such beneficiary;
c. to soaae relative or friend for
the health, education (including
college and professional educa-
tion), and support in reasonable
comfort of such beneficiary.
(iii) The interests of beneficiaries
in principal or income of the "Vineyard Family
Trust" or any share thereof shall not in
any way during their respective lifetimes
be subject to the claims of their creditors
or others, nor to legal .process, and may
not be voluntarily or involuntarily alienated
or encumbered.
(iv) Any income accrued or undis-
tributed at the termination of any estate
or interest under the °Vineyard Family Trust"
or any share thereof shall be paid by the
Trustee as income to the persons entitled
to receive the next successive interest
in the proportions in which they take such
interest.
