beneficiary of any such part so much of the income and prin-
cipal of the trust estate from tune to time in the hands of
the Trustee as the Trustee shall estimate that it would be
in order to pay over pursuant to the terns and provisions of
this Agreement were the exact nature and amounts of the assets
allocable to the respective parts finally established and were
such assets duly allocated to the respective parts. For the
purpose of estimating the amount of any such payment, the Trustee
may use tentative estimates as to the ultimate nature and amounts
of assets allocable to the respective parts, which estimates
may be made in any manner which the Trustee, in its sole and
uncontrolled discretion, shall determine; provided, that at
such time as the exact nature and amounts of the assets allocable
to the respective parts shall have been determined by the Trustee
pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, the Trustee shall,
in allocating such assets to the respective parts, take into
account all payments made pursuant to this paragraph (e}, and
provided, that in no event shall the amount allocated by the
Trustee to the "Wife's Part" as provided in paragraph (b) of
this Article be less than the full amount thereof; provided,
further, however, that the Trustee shall incur no liability
whatsoever if in the exercise of its power pursuant to ,this
paragraph (e), it shall ultimately allocate less than the full
amount required to the "Family Part". Any person to whost the
Trustee shall make a payment on account of the debts, expenses
and taxes of the Grantor or his estate pursuant to the provisions
of paragraph (d) shall be considered a "beneficiary" of the
"Family Part" for the purposes of this paragraph (e), and
