and from time to tim~a less than three (3) co-trustees qualified
and acting, then and in that event, the trustee or co-trustees
under the provisions of paragraph (c) shall appoint an additional
co-trustee or co-trustees so as to make up the required complement
of three t3) trustees. Any individual or banking institution
qualified to do business in the State of Florida may be appointed
as co-trustee under the provisions of this paragraph.
te) if for any reason. at any time and from time to time
following the Grantor's death, there is no person qualified
and acting as trustee hereunder, THE AMERICAN NATIONAL BANK,
Winter Saven, Florida, its successor or successors, shall serve
as Trustee hereunder.
(f) Any additional and/or successor trustee shall succeed
to all the duties and all the powers, including discretionary
powers, herein granted to the Trustee.
(q) No trustee herein named shall be required at any
time to furnish any bond or other security for the faithful
performance of his, her or its duties.
ARTICLE XI
C nsation of Trustee
For its services hereunder, any corporate trustee shall
be entitled to receive reasonable compensation in accordance
with its rate schedule in effect from time to time for the
handling of an express inter vivos trust. However, no addi-
tional trustee shall be entitled to receive any compensation
hereunder.
