ARTICLE XII
Additional Property

The Grantor or any other person shall have the right at
any time and from time to time to add insurance policies and
other property to the trusts hereby created, by transferring,
assigning, conveying, devising or bequeathing any such insurance
and property to the Trustee, to be held by it under this Agreement;
and, if so added, the proceeds of such policies and such property
shall be governed by the provisions hereof, the same as if
originally included hereunder.
ARTICLE XIII
Name of Trust
This trust shall be known as the "PHILIP W. VINEYARD TROST".
ARTICLE XIV
Situs
All questions relating to the validity, construction and
administration of these trusts shall be determined in accordance
with the laws of the State of Florida.
ARTICLE XV
Simultaneous Deaths
If the Grantor and his wife, MARY L. VINEYARD, should
die simultaneously or under circumstances which make it difficult
to determine which of them died first, then and in that event,
the Grantor shall be deemed to have predeceased his said wife,
for the purposes of this Agreement and the provisions of this
Agreement shall be construed upon that assumption and basis.
