Made this ~ day of , 1966, by PffiLIP W. VINEYARD
of Chicago, Illinois, hereinafter called the "Grantor", and VERNON
F. VINfBYARD of 11Tinter Baven, Florida, and PHILIP W. VINEYARD of
Chicago, Illinois, hereinafter collectively called the "Trustee".
1.
The provisions of subsections (ii) and (iiij of Article
V(dj(3~(~~ are hereby deleted in their entirety and the following
are inserted in lieu thereof; and in addition, a new subsection
(ivy is added to the said Article V(d) (3J (~j, as follows:
(iii When such child reaches the age of 30 years,
or upon the division of the "Vineyard Family Trust" into
shares, if such child has then reached such age, the Trustee
shall distribute to such child 1096 of the principal of his
or her share then held hereunder; and when such child
reaches the age of 35 years, or upon the division of the
"Vineyard Family Trust" into shares, if such child has then
reached such age, the Trustee shall distribute to such child
33 1/396 of the principal of his or her share then held here-
under; and when such child reaches the age of 40 years, or
upon the division of the "Vineyard Family Trust" into shares,
if such child has then reached such age, the Trustee shall
distribute to such child 5096 of the principal of his or
her share then held hereunder; and except in the case of a
share held hereunder for the Grantor's daughter, Cheryl
