STAT13 OF FLORIDA -COUNTY OF PINLLLAS
Philip W. Vineyard and Vernon F. Vineyard, upon being duly
sworn, depose and say as follows:
1. We are the Trustees of the Philip W. Vineyard Revocable
Trust U/A dated March 17, 1966, as amended June 22, 1966 and
March 12, 1968; and we are Trustees of the Vernon F. Vineyard
Revocable Trust U/A dated March 17, 1966, as amended March 12,
1968.
2. Such Trusts are the sole partners in a partnership known
as The Tahoma Company. -
3. Such Trusts are sole partners in such partnership, and
such Trusts were and have been the sole partners in said partnership
fray the time of their respective establishments in 1966 through
the present date, including February 11, 12 and 13, 1969, and no
other person or persons were, or have been, partners or a partner
in such partnerships during the said period, and no other person
or persons has ever had, or now has, any interest in the said
partnership.
4. For all purposes of this Affidavit, the term "person" shall
include an individual, partnership, joint venture, corporation,
trust, estate, business organization, business associate, or other
legal entity or being.
