EASEMENT DEED
TRIS INDENTURE, Made this the + day of July, 1969, between
LAKESIDE GARDENS, INC., a Florida corporation; party of the first
part, and~6ITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal corporation of the State
of Florida, party.pf the second part,
WI~IESSETH: That ~llte said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the Sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valua-
ble considerations to it in hand paid by the party. of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold, and by these presents does grant, bargain and
sell to the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns,
a perpetual easement over, upon and across the following described
land, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

a distance of 15 feet to an intersection with the east
right-of-way line of South U.S. ~1; thence southerly along
the east right-of-way line of South U.S. ~1 a distance
of 30 feet to the P.O.B.

of 30 feet; thence westerly and parallel to the north SURTAX

BEGINNING at the northeast corner of the NW's of Section
27, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, proceed westerly
along the north line of Section 27 for a distance of
151.33 feet more or less to a point of intersection with
the east right-of-way line of South U.S. ~1, thence pro-
ceed southerly along the east right-of-way line of South
U. S. ~1 for a distance of 1009.8 feet more or less to
a point of intersection with the north right-of-way line
of Tangelo Terrace produced easterly, said intersection
being the P.O.B.; thence proceed easterly along the north

In the event the Grantee fails to construct on the subject
property a sewer lift station within one year from the date of this
instrument, this easement shall automatically revert back to the
original Grantor. Further, the Grantor reserves the right of ingress
and egress over and across that portion of the easement which does
