not have construction protruding above the level of the ad3acent
ground.
This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to
the party of the second part, its successors, legal representatives
and assigns, a perpetual easement in and to said lands for a sewerage
life station and public utilities purposes; and the said party of the
first part does hereby fully warrant the title to said lands, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever, claiming by, through or under party of the first part.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second party, its
successors and assigns, together with immunity unto the second
party, its successor, and assigns, from all claims for damage,
if any, arising from or growing out of such construction and/or
maintenance, to the lands, if any, owned by the first party lying
ad3acent or contiguous to the lands herein above described.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
