THIS INDENTURE, Made this the day of V , A.D. 186 9 between
HALE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, a Florida corporation
part -fit of the first part, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal corporation o! the State o!
Florida, party of the second part,
WITNE53ETH : That the said part ~ o! the first part, for and in consideration o! the Sum
of One Dollar (=1.00) and other valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the party of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold, and by these presents do es grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its suc-
cessors and assigns, a perpetual easement and rightroi way over, upon and across the following des-
cribed land, lying and being in St, Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 7,
MARAVILIA TERRACE as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 50,
St. Lucie County public records, proceed in a Westerly
direction slang the North right of way of Wyoming Avenue,
for a distance of 41.44 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence continue Westerly along said right of way line a

This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party oaf the second part,
its successors, legal representatives'Nad assigns, aright-of~way and perpetual easement in and to
said lands for drains and drainage ditches,

hereby fuIIy warrant the title to said lands, and will defead the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever, claiming by, through or under part~of the first part.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second party, its successors and assigns, to-
gether with immunity unto the second party, its successors and assigns, from all claims for damage, if
any, arising from or growing out of such construction and/or maintenance, to the lands, if any, owned
by the first part..- lying adjacent or contiguous to the lands herein above described.
