being duly sworn, says that he is the attorney of the lienor
herein, who is Starrat & Asklof, Architects, 605 North 7th
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida; that in pursuance of a con-
tract with Jack Greenberg as Trustee, lienor furnished
services consisting of preliminary sketches and obtaining
soil borings for foundation design elevations on the fol-
lowing described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit:
All of Block l,SURFSID$ Unit 1, as per plat
thereof in Plat Book 10 at page 17 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
awned by Jack Greenberg, Trustee, of a total value of Bight
Hundred Dollars ($800.00) of which there remains unpaid
Sight Hundred Dollars ($800.00), and lienor furnished the
first of his services on or before May 19, 1969, and the
last of same on or about the 24th day of June, 1969, and
lienor was in privity with the owner.
