BXTBNSION AGRSBMENT
".
THIS AGRBBM6NT entered into this 20th day of August, A. D.
1969, by and between JOHN B. WATERS and NBLLIB RUTH WATBRS, his
wife, parties of the first part, and HORTENSIO BONACCI and MARIE
BONAaCCI, his wife, parties of the second part.
WHEREAS, said parties of the second part have requested an
extension of a certain mortgage and note described as follows, to-
wit:
A mortgage fro= HORTENSIO BONACCI and MARIE BONACCI, his wif
to JOHN B. WATERS and NELLIE RUTH WATERS, his wife, recorded in
Official Record Book 167, at page 2479, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and covers the following described
property:
Lot 9, Block 29, of BILTMORE PARK, according to a plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, at page 52, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The note in connection with said mortgage is in the total
principal amount of EIGHT THOUSAND AND NO~100 ($8,000.00) DOLLARS,
and bears the date of August 18, 1967, and the mortgage bearing
the date of August 18, 1967, is recorded in Official Record Book
167 at page 2479, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flori
on August 21, 1967, and
WHEREAS, said parties of the first part are now the holders
and owners of said mortgage and note, and the said parties of the
second part are the owners of the said mortgaged premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the covenants,
