of September, 1969, and $25.00 on the same day of each and every
month thereafter until fully paid. Interest from 8/15/69.
It is expressly understood, covenanted and agreed between
parties hereto, that the said mortgage and the terms thereof shal
regain in full force and effect in all respects, and that nothing
herein shall affect or impair any rights or papers which the said
parties of the first part may have thereunder for the recovery of
said mortgage debt with interest in the case of nonfulfillment
of this agreemmnt.
Parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree that
they will pay the said payment, at the time specified, and that
they will perform and observe all covenants and agreements, stip-
ulations and conditions on the part of the mortgagors in the said
mortgage contained in all respects as if the said payments had
been made according to the terms thereof.
