RELgASE OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE

I~iOW ALL MEN BY THBSB PRESENTS:
i~iERSAS, Vineyard Industries, Inc., by Indenture of
Mortgage dated December 13, 1967 and recorded in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court i.n and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, in O.R. Book 169, Page 2678, granted and conveyed
unto The American National Bank & Trust Co~apany in Winter Haven
the goods and chattels described therein to secure the payment
of a promissory note in the original sum of $360,000.00, with
interest as therein mentioned; and
To~REAS, Vineyard Industries, Inc. has requested The
American National Bank & Trust Company in Winter Haven to
release the goods and chattels that were the sub~ect•matter
of such Indenture of Mortgage from the lien and operation
of said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, know ye that the said The American National
Bank & Trust Company in Winter Haven, in consideration of the
premises and of the sum of $1.00, to it in hand paid by the said
Vineyard Industries, Inc., the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, does hereby release, exonerate and discharge said
property from the operation of said Indenture of Mortgage and
the lien thereby created, and hereby directs the Clerk of the
said Court to cancel the same of record.
