BILL OF SALE
This Bill of Sale made and delivered by VINEYARD INDUSTRIES,
INC., a Florida corporation, (hereinafter referred to as "Vineyard")
to ROBERT F. BALLARD and DONNA J..BALLARD (hereinafter referred
to as the "Purchasers").
'WITNE S SETS:
i~iEREAS, Vineyard is conducting a McDonald's restaurant
business at 1612 Delaware Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida, such
business being known as McDonald's Unit #788 (hereinafter
referred to simply as the "Unit"); and
AREAS, Vineyard desires to sell the Unit and the Purchasers
desire to purchase the Unit.
NOW, TBEIiEFORE, know all men by these presents that Vineyard,
for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good
ana valuable consideration, lawful money of the United States,
to i~ paid by the Purchasers, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained, sold, transferred, and delivered, and by
these presents does grant, bargain, sell, transfer, and deliver
unto the Purchasers, their heirs and assigns, the Unit and all of
its assets, including licenses, inventory, furniture, fixtures,
signs, equipment, and all the property (except cash) used by
Vineyard in connection with the operation of the Unit, such
properties being more particularly described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated herein, to have and hold the same unto
the said Purchasers, their heirs and assigns forever.
And Vineyard does for itself and. its successors and assigns
covenant to and with the said Purchasers, their heirs and assigns
