that it is the lawful owner of the said property being transferred
hereby; that the property is free and clear of all liens and
encumbrances; that it has the right to sell the same as aforesaid;
that it will warrant and defend the sale of the said property,
goods and chattels hereby made and to the said Purchasers, their
heirs and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS NSEREOF, Vineyard has caused this Bill of Sale
to be executed by its duly authorized officers and its corporate
