as Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America,
successor to J. 8. Gleason, Jr., whose address
is Veterans Administration, Washington, D. C. 20420, holder and owner of that
certain mortgage deed executed by pinctnt J. Hetrick and wife, 8ita K. Hetrick
to J. 8. Gleason; Jr., as Administrator of peteraos' Affairs,
bearing date the 13th day of July , A. D., 19 62,
recorded in Off cis jteco s Book ~-~', Pages~_ to ~_,
inclusive, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
8t. Lucie County, Florida, has received full payment of said
note and indebtedness, and does hereby acknowledge full satisfaction and can-
cellation of said note and mortgage, and hereby directs the Clerk of said
Circuit Court to cancel of record said mortgage deed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Administrator of Veterans Affairs has
caused these presents to be executed in his name on this 3rd
day of SaDte~ber A. D. 19 69 , by his Attorney in Fact,
hereunto duly authorized under Power of Attorney and Delegation of Authority
