BB IT ORDAINED BY THB PBOPLE OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FIARIDA: SBCTION 1. That the following described utility easement is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned: That 15 foot wide North-South utility easement lying across Lots 1 and 3, Maravilla Subdivision, originally plotted as an alleyway and abandoned by Ordinance No. E-358.
