AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A UTILITY EASEMENT IN
LOTS 1 AND 3, MARAVILLA SUBDIVISION, AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BB IT ORDAINED BY THB PBOPLE OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FIARIDA:
SBCTION 1. That the following described utility easement
is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned:
That 15 foot wide North-South utility easement lying
across Lots 1 and 3, Maravilla Subdivision, originally
plotted as an alleyway and abandoned by Ordinance No.
E-358.
SECTION 2. .That this Ordinance shall become effective
upon the payment of the cost of relocation of existing utilities
to the City of Fort Pierce and the granting to the City of Fort
Pierce a utility easement as described hereafter: The South

WE, the undersigned, Mayor Commissioner and the City
Clerk of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby certify that
the foregoing and above Ordinance No. F-218 was duly introduced,
read and passed on first reading by the City Commission of the
City of Fort Pierce, Florida, on August 18, 1969; and was duly
read and passed on second and final reading on August 18, 1969,
by the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
IN WITNBSS HEREWITH, We hereunto set our hands and affix
the Official Seal of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, this the
19th day of August, A.D., 1969.
