Come the affiants undersigned and after being first du
sworn by me, the undersigned officer authorized to take acknowl
ments and administer oaths in the State and County aforesaid, says
1. That CORRINE GREEN DURHAM is the wife of EDWARD L
DURHAM and that they are the same persons as named in that certa
deed recorded in O,R, Bobk 61, page 93 of public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
2 . That CORRINE G . DURHAM is the only surviving daught
and issue of V.G. GREEN who died on December 31, 1961 in St . Luc
County, Florida leaving surviving him his wife, IRMA G. GREEN,

3. That the real property described as E2 of NE4 of
of SE4 of Section 3, Township 36, Range 40 East, St . Lucie County,
Florida as abovesaid, was homestead property of 9. G. Green and
IRMA G , GREII~1, his wife and that V . G . GREEN was survived by his
widow, IRMA G. GREIId and one lineal descendant all of whom residE
on the said property with V, G, GREEN as head of the household,
which said V. G, GREEN died on December 31, 1961 leaving the/aid
homestead property which descended as homestead property and that
the said status continued rininterrupted but for conveyance of the
rights of the surviving spouse to the sole and only lineal descend
by that certain conveyance recorded in O,R. Book 61, Page 93, publ
records of S t . Luc ie County, Florida .

4. That the said CORRINE G. DURHAM and EDWARD L.
subsequently deeded all right, title and interest in the property ~ (,
to F, E. BAZAAR and BETTY J, BAZAAR, his wife, and retained agains
the said property, one certain mortgage for purchase money as
recorded in O.R, Book 85, Page 429, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
5. That CORRINE G, DURHAM is presently owner of
mortgagees rights by first mortgage and note to her ~unnigg in
