BAZAAR, his wife, and that the purpose of this instrument is to assure to tha successive title holders a good title from the said F~'Ey BAZAAR and BETTY J. BAZAAR aub3ect only to the said mortgage running to EDWARD L. DURHAM and CORRINE G. DURHAM which, on the date of July 27, 1969, has an unpa#d balance of $5,396.10 which the said successors in title have assumed and agreed to pay upon execution and recording of a deed from the said F.
