SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Benjamin Toombs,
Reginald Toombs, a minor, by his father and next friend, Benjamin Toombs;
Emmitt Toombs, a minor, by his father and next friend, Benjamin Toombs;
Sally M. Toombs; Eloise Crutchfield, and Gary Carrithers, a minor, by
and Eldora Crutchfield,
his mother and next friend, Eloise Crutchfield,/the Plaintiffs in that certain
suit lately pending in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit,
in and for Fort Pierce, Florida, wherein FORT PIERCE GAS COMPANY, a
Florida corporation was Defendant and numbered 2866•L, and wherein
judgment in said Plaintiffs' favor was rendered and entered in and by said
Court under date of August 25, 1964, in the total sum of Forty Thousand
Two Hundred Eighty-Six and 40/100---($40, 286.40) Dollars, together with
the costs of said suit in the amount of $798.15, and interest in the sum of
X12, 325.3~i,a~ which said Final Judgment appears of record in o.R.soox ,
98 page 352-54 of said Court:
DO hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of all and singular
the monies ordered in and by said judgment to be paid to said Plaintiffs by
said Defendant, and do hereby authorize, empower and request the Clerk of
said Court to satisfy the said judgment and the said record thereof, of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF: The said Benjamin Toombs, Reginal~iToombs,
a minor, by his father -and next friend, Benjamin Toombs, Emmitt Toombs,
a minor, by his father and next friend, Benjamin Toombs; Sally M. Toombs;
Eloise Crutchfield; Gary Carrithers, a minor, by his mother and next friend,
Eloise Crutchfield, and Eldora Crutchfield have caused this satisfaction to be
executed by RUPERT JASEN SMITH, one of their attorneys of record, in said
suit, on this 4th day of September, 1969.
