COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
On this day, before me, the unders igmed authority, personally appeared
RUPERT JASEN SM1TH, to me well known, who, being by me first duly
sworn, deposes and says: That he was and is one of the attorneys of record
for the above named Benjamin Toombs, Reginald Toombs, a minor, by his
father and next friend, Benjamin Toombs, Emmitt Toombs, a minor, by his
father and next friend, Benjamin Toombs, Sally M. Toombs, Eloise Crutchfield,
Gary Carrithers, a minor, by his mother and next friend, Eloise Crutchfield,
and Eldora Crutchfield and that on this day he has executed and delivered
the foregoing instrument as attorney for an on behalf of the above-mentioned
persons for the uses and purposes in said instrument expressed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
official seal in the State and County aforesaid, this 4th day of September, 1969.
