tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,

of the Thomas James Barr Trust, party of the second part, at
or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant,
bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said
pasty o! tl~e second part the following , to-wit:
That certain Mortgage dated September 11th, 1956
and recorded in Mortgage Book 130 ~~ge 74 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida and
recorded in Chattel 1ortgage Book 21 page 518
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said
mortgage and the money due and to become due thereon, with
interest from the 1st day of July, A. D. 1967, without
recourse.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party
of the second part, its heirs, legal representatives,
successors and assigns forever.
