BONNIE G. WALKER, being duly sworn,, deposes and says;
That my name is Bonnie G. Walker; that I was formerly Bonnie
G. Butterworth. That on April 28, 1961, I was the notary public
who acknowledged that certain Satisfaction of Mortgage from
Herman C. Ludwig and Bessie M. Ludwig to Charles Fleshman and
Katherine N. Fleshman, his wife, dated April 28, 1961, filed for
record May 2, 1961 in 0. R. Book 9, page 277, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
That inadvertently the names of Herman C. Ludwig and Bessie M.
Ludwig were not typed in the acknowledgment. I hereby state that
on the 28th day of April, 1961, Herman C. Ludwig and Bessie M.
Ludwig did appear before me and personally acknowledgedbefore me
that they signed the above set out Satisfaction of Mortgage.
