THIS INDENTURE, made this ~ day of ,
1969, between EDWARD 8. SCHNEIDER and RUTH O. SCHIdEIDER, as
Executors of the Estate of Mendell P. Schneider, deceased,
parties of the first part, and EDWARD B. SCIHJEIDER and RUTH O.
SCSNEIDER, as Testamentary Trustees under the Last Will and
Testament of Mendell P. Schneider, deceased, 'parties of the ~~
second part, whose address is: 108 Sylvan Road, Rochester,
New York 14618,
WITNESSETH:
In consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in
hand paid, the parties of the first part grant, bargain, sell,
alien, premise, release, convey and confirm to the parties of
the second part, and to their heirs and assigns forever, that
certain real property situate in Marion County, Florida, more
particularly descrias follows:
Lot 30, in Block 16, Section 7, as shown on map,
entitled RAINBOW LAIG;S ESTATES, according to the
plat thereof as filed in Plat Book G, Page 5, of
the public records of Marion County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining
to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the
second part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple
forever.
AND the parties-of the first part do covenant to and
with the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
that in all things preliminary to and in and about this con-
veyance the laws of Florida have been followed and complied
with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of the first part have
set their hands and seals on the day and year first above writ-
ten.
