ing to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, at
Page 34 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

Before me the undersigned authority duly authorized to administer
and take acknowledgments personally appeared -this date, DOROTHY
who after being by me first duly sworn did state upon oath as follow
That I am now and have been continuously since prior to the year
1958 a resident of the State of Florida. That I was a single adult on October 24,
1958, on which date the above described property was conveyed to me from
Augusta C. Killer, a widow, by Warranty Deed recorded on November 19, 1958
in Deed Book 242, Page 500 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
That I have remained single and unmarried continuously from October 24, 1958
'~up to the date of this Affidavit. That I was a single adult on June 16, 1962, on
which date I conveyed the above described property by Warranty Deed to

New South, Inc. , a Florida Corporation; said Warranty Deed being recorded on
September 25, 1962 in Official Records Book 46, at Page 303 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
