COUNTY OF DADS
BEFORE MS the undersigned notary public duly authorized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
DAVID A. DOHTNY, who after being by me first duly sworn, de-
poses and says that:
1) He is the duly elected secretary of General Development
Investors Plans, Inc., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred
to as "Plans, Inc.".
2) As secretary of Plans, Inc., he has custody and control
of the records of said corporation.
3) There, is attached hereto and identified as Exhibit One,
a Notice of Termination furnished to all planholders affected by
and included within the General Development Investors Plan; said
Notice being dated May 29, 1969.
4) It was and is the intention and purpose of said Notice
of Termination to terminate the plan insofar as it relates to those
certain lots in St. Lucie County, Florida, as more particularly
set forth in Exhibit One attached to Affidavit of Robert S. Wash-
burn, filed of record June 18, 1965 in Official Records Book 120
at Pages 528 thru 529, inclusive.
5) Notwithstanding the termination of the plan and the re-
lease of all lots from the effect thereof, it was and is not the
intention of said Notice of Termination to abrogate, cancel or
rescind general restrictive covenants, unrelated to the operation
of the plan, appearing of record and affecting those lots encom-
passed by the aforesaid plan.
