THIS WARRANTY DEED made the day of August,
1969, by PERRY BOSWELL, JR., and MARGARETA BOSWELL, his wife,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to ULTRAMAR, INC., a Florida
corporation, whose mailing address is Coral Gables, Florida,
hereinafter called the Grantee,
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the
Grantee, all that certain land sites to in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit:
All that property lying South of a line running from
East to West from the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian
River 3220 feet South of and parallel to the North
line of Sect ions 9, 10, and 11 and lying North of a
parallel line lying 207 feet North of the South line
of Sections 10 and 11, said line being the North
boundary of Lot 88 of Avalon Park Subdivision as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1 at page 187
of the public records of St. Lucie County, as ex-
tended in a direct line to the East Shore of Blue
Hole Cut, a cove of the Indian River, all of the
above Sections being in Township 34 South, Range
40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. SUBJECT to
right-of-way of State Road AlA. Together with
all riparian and littoral rights thereunto appertaining.
Said tract having 1900 feet more or less of frontage
on the Atlantic Ocean as measured on the North-
South basis.
SUBJECT to zoning ordinances and regulations and
further subject to taxes, levies and assessments
levied or assessed subsequent to December 31, 1968.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
