MORTGAGE DEED
THIS MORTGAGE DEED Executed the 8th day of Augustt.
A.D., 1969 , by CITRUS RIVER ('OLONY, INC., a corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Florida and having
its principal place of business"at ?401 S. W. 68th Court,
South Miami, Florida, party of the first part, hereinafter
as tenants in common
called the Mortgagor, to DEWEY WILCOX and MOLLIE M. WILCCIX,/
parties of the second part, hereinafter called the Mortgagees.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considera-
tions, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named
in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter
described, the said Mortgagor'doth grant, bargain, sell alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said Mortgagees,
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple all that certain tract
of land of which the said Mortgagor is now seized and
possessed, and in actual possession, situate in Saint Lucie
County, State of Florida, described as follows:
All of that certain parcel of real estate
located in Saint Lucie County, Florida, which
is bound on the south by the north line of the
Indrio Road right-of-way; on the east by the
meandering west shore of the Indian River; on
the north by the south-line of the Wilcox Road
right-of-way, and on the west by the east line
of the Florida East Coast Railroad right-of-
way; less any reservation of mineral rights
by the State of Florida.
Also known as a parcel in Sections 16,
and 17, T34S, R40E, being described as
follows:
From the NW corner of the NE~ of Section
17, T34S, R40E, run east along the Section
Line 609.75 feet to the east R/'W of the F.E.C.
Railroad for the point of beginning; thence,
