convey to HEB+CULE3 INCORPORATED a Delaware Corporation, doing business in the state of Florida as Hercules Ineor-
porated of DeLware, hereinafter called 'HERCULES," its successors and sari ,all of the dead pine top wood and stumps.

This agreement is made in consideration of one of the two methods of payment as follows:

(a) ~~ cash in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the FIRST PARTY, or
(b) ~1.251~ per ton for each ton of wood removed by HERCULES from above land, aeWement to be made monthly
following removal.
The FIRST PARTY ezpreaaly warrants and ranteea to HERCULES that there are no other leases or agreements out
standing against said wood, that he has a ,clear and n nencnmbered title to said wood and that he has the right to sell
said wood and receive the consideration t erefor. /
This agreement shall remain in effect until all the acceptable wood has been removed, but in no event longer than tee _!3~
years from date.
