RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED

WITNESSETH: That the said parti~of-the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (51.00) and
other valuable eons'iderations paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
grant, bargain and sell ro the said party of the second part, its successors, and assigns, aright-ofway in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the East half of Section 31, Township 36 South, Range
38 East, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
Southeast corner of said Section 31, run S 89°52'20° W along the
South line of said Section 31 a distance of 186.39 feet to the POINT
08 88GINNINGf thence N 00°07'40" W a distance of 10 feet to the be-
ginning of a curve concave to the Northwest; and having a tangent
bearing of N 89°52'20" E through said point; thence Northeasterly
along said curve having a central angle of 45°15'19" and a radius
of .259.18 feet, an arc distance of 204.72 feet to the end of said
curve and a point on the East line of said Section 31; thence N
O1°38'50" W along the East line of said Section 31, a distance of
167.78 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Northwest
and having a tangent bearing of S O1o38'50" E through said point;
thence Southwesterly along said curve having a central angle of
91°31'10" and a radius of 179.70 feet, an arc distance of 143.52
feet to the end of said curve; thence S 89°52'20" W a distance of
2608.08 feet to a paint on the North-South 1/4 Section line of said
Section 31; thence South along the North-South 1/4 Section line of
said Section 31 a distance of 70 feet to a point on the South line
of said Section 31; thence N 89°52'20" E along the South line of
said Section 31 a distance of 30.53 feet; thence N 00°07'40" W a
distance of 10 feet; thence N 89°52'20" E a distance of 50 feet;
thence S 00°07'40" W a distance of 10 feet to a point on the South
line of said Section 31; thence N 89°52'20" E along the South line
of said Section 31 a distance of 2527.55 feet to the POINT OF BE-
GINNING.

sentatives and assigns, a right-0f-way for public highway and drainage purposes; and the said part3.~$f the first part
do hereby fully warrant the title to said lands, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
