MORTGAGB PLAT JOINDER AGREBMENT
KNOW ALL MBN BY THBSB PRESBNTS:
That M. P~ A. ROBERTSON and SAIMA J. ROBBRTSON, his wife (Deceased),
the owners and holders of a mortgage from GENERAL DBYBLOPMENT OORPORATION, a
Delaware Cor~foration, executed the 20th day of January, 1960, and recorded in
Mortgage Book 162, at Page 503, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, do hereby consent and join in the dedication of PORT ST. LUCIB UNIT
ZIiIRTY-FOUR, as recorded in Plat Book /S , at Pages 9 , __
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. '
By the execution of this instrument, all other terms and conditions
of the aforecited mortgage shall remain the same; however, the said mortgage
shall be and by these presents is hereby subordinate and subject to only the'
streets, thoroughfares, park, and drainage rights-of--way as shown on the plat
or plats.
