LUCIE SECTION THIRTY-POUR, a subdivision in St. Lucie County, Florida, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book JS , at Page 9 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Plorida; and, WHEREAS, the property above described is not subject to restrictions and limitations of record; and ~ WHEREAS, it is now desired by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, to place restrictions and limitations of record as to the use of each and every of the lots located in said subdivision; NOW, 11~REPORB, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION does hereby de- Clare that each and every of the said lots are hereby restricted as follows: 1. All lots in all b~.ocks_.shail be known and described as single family residence lots, and no structure shall be constructed or erected on any single family residence lot other than one single family dwelling not to exceed two (2) stories in height. No single family residence lot listed in this paragraph shall be resubdivided into building lots having less than ten thou- sand (10,000) square feet.
