authorized to do business in the State of Florida, is the owner of the fol-
lowing described property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Plorida, to wit; PORT ST. LUCIB SECTION THIRTY-SxX , a subdivision in Sty
Lucie County, Florida, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book ~ S ,
at Page /J of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and, '
~NHBREAS, the property above described is not sub3ect to restrictions
and limitations of record; and
MIiBRfiAS, it-is now desired by GENERAL DBVELOPMBNT CORPORATION, to
place restrictions and limitations of record as to the use of each and every
of the lots located in said subdivision;

Clare that each and every of the said lots are hereby restricted as follows:
1. All lots in all blocks shall be known and described as single
- family residence lots, and no structure shall be constructed
or erected on any single family residence lot other than one
single family dwelling not to exceed two (2) stories in height.
No single family residence lot listed in this paragraph shall
be resubdivided into building lots having less than ten thou-
" sand (10,000) square feet.
Nor shall any structure be erected on said lots having an area
of less than 900 square feet (living area) fora one-story
building; nor less than 1080 square feet (living area) for.-more
than a one story building.
2. BiJILDING SET BACR'RBQUIRFbIIIdTS -
(a) On all lots in all blocks, no structure and/or enclosed
swimming pool shall be erected on any of said lots nearer
