TffiS INDENTURE, executed thisl2th day of September,
1969, between ARDEN STREI+AUSKI, as guardian of the property
of Anne E. Strelauski and Joseph C. Strelauski, III, minors,
party of the first part, and NICHOLAS GiJIRITCH and. ~SABELL
GUIRITCH, his wife, party of the second part, whose mailing
address is: 217 Hialeah Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450;
WITNffiSETH:
The party of the first part on the 12th day of Septem-
ber, 1969, pursuant to Order of the County midge's Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, dated the 7th day of August, 1969,
and in consideration of the premises and the sum of T.en
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, promises, re-
leases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second part,
and to their heirs and assigns forever, that certain real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 4, Block 4, SOVt'HERN VIEW SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
9, page 45, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredi-
taments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining to that real property.
TO GAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the
second part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple
forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and
with the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
that in all things preliminary and in and about the sale
and this conveyance, the orders of the above-named court and
the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in
all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the,~rty of the first part has
set her hand and seal, this /=day of September, 1969.
