KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Paul C . Hoover and Mabel
I. Hoover, his srife
dated ' February 28 19 58 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Mtg. Book 145 on Page s
187-188 ,securing the payment of the sum of Roux Thousand Nine Hundred and NO/100--------
--------------------------------------------------------------- Dollars (S 4900.00 )
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and tha note secured thereby, and loth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said rrwrtgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
