A F F I D A V I T
The undersigned affiants, GARTH A. WSBSTER,
THOMAS H. i~AKEFIELD and MICHAEL J. GROSSO, each having been
first duly sworn and cautioned, .depose and state:
That the said affiants were all of the members
of the last Board of Directors of VENETIAN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation, the final
certificate of dissolution having been issued ~iy the
Secretary of State, State of Florida, on August 5,_1969.
That your said affiants,.as the last surviving members of
the Board of Directors of said dissolved corporation, are
the duly qualified and acting trustees and they constitute
all of the trustees of the corporation, pursuant to the
provisions of Chapter 608.30, Florida Statutes, and they have
executed this affidavit in accordance with the said Statute
for the purposes therein, expressed.
