Made this 2nd day of July, 1969, by and between JOSEPH M.
iAPP and ALTA RUTH SAPP, husband and wife, of the County of I
Jefferson and State of Ohio, whose mailing address is Route ~}2,
Poronto, Ohio, Parties of the First Part, and HSRSCHELL O. THOMPSON
SR. etrxl GL.ADYS THOMPSON, his wife, of the County of St. Lucie,
and State of Florida, whose post office address is 1009 Charlotta
Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33+50, Parties of the Second Part,
WITNES SETH:
That the said Parties of the First Part for and in considera-
tion of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable considera-
tions to them in hand paid by the said Parties of the Second Part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
sand sold to said Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and
assigns forever, the following described land, to-wit:
Situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, and being described as follows:
Being Lots 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, and 12, Block 39, White
City, Section ~+, Township 36 South, Range 40 East.
Being the same property as conveyed to Joseph M. and
Alta Ruth Sapp by deed from the State of Florida Through
The Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the

of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Parties of the Second Part herein assume and agree to
pay the current real estate taxes and assessments on
the above described lots.
The said Parties of the First Part do hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of. all persons whomsoever.
