gate sum named in the pnomsissory note o/ even date herewith, hereinafter described. eh. mortgagor here-
by gnanb, bargains, sells, aliens. remise,. conveys and oonjirnu unto the mortgagee all the cwtain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St . Lurie County,
Florida. viz:
The South 728.03 feet of the North 787.09 feet of
Section 27, Township 36 South, Range 41 Bast, St.
Lucie County, Florida, less the North 150 feet
thereof as measured from North to South on the
perpendicular and running from the waters of the
Atlantic Ocean to the waters of the Indian River.
Together with all riparian rights thereunto appertaining.
The Mortgagee will make, execute and deliver to the
Mortgagor, his heirs or assigns, partial releases of
this mortgage as follows:
In parcels having. a minimum width as measured from
North to South on the perpendicular of 100 feet and
extending from the waters of the Atlantic Ocean to the ~'
waters of the Indian River shall be released upon payment
of the sum of $345.00 for each foot of property so released.
All principal payments made on this mortgage shall apply
toward partial releases and all payments made for partial
releases in excess of the principal payments then due shall
apply to the next principal payments becoming due hereunder.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE.
