CORACE and BEATRICE F. CORACE, his wife, whose post office address is 24 Willow Haven Drive, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15227, of the County of State of Pennsylvania, Grantees, WITNESSETH: That said Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, and other good and valuable considerations to said Grantors in hand paid by said Grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said Grantees, and Grantees' heirs and assigns for- ever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: A tract of land located on Hutchinson Island, St. Lucie County, Florida, extending from.the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian River, being described as the South 18.39 feet of Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, and the North 59.06 feet- of Sectioa 27., Township 36 _South, Range 41 East, measuring 250 feet along the Atlantic Ocean. Together with all riparian and littoral rights thereunto appertaining-. Subject to right-of-way of State Road AlA and zoning and bulkhead restrictions of public record. and said Grantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
