the Estate of PAUL T. MURPH7t,deceasod, Party of the First Part, and
PAUL T. MURPHY, JR., Party of the Second Part, whose address is 912
Avenue D, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.

1'he Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of the
County Judge's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated August 19,
1969, and in consideration of the premises and the sum of $10.00
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to
the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns forever, the
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:

UMENTARY Lots 14 and 15, Block E, Fee and May's Subdivision,
wRTwx as recorded in Plat Book 3, Paq~ 48, of the Public
=.ss Records of St. Lucie County, Floridat subject to liens
and encumbrances of record.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part,
his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the
Party of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the
orders of the above named Court and the laws of Florida have been
followed and complied with in all respects.
