between HOYT C. MURPHY and PAUL T. MURPHY, JR., as CO-Executors of
the Estate of PAUL T. MURPHY, deceased, Party of tho First Part, and
PAUL T. MURPHY, JR., as to an undivided three-fourth• (3/4) interest,
whose address is 912 Avenue D.,~Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and MARY
A. BENGEL, a• to an undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest, whose ad-
dross is 6811 Westfield, San Antonio, Tsxas, Parties of the Second
Part.

The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of the
County Judge's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated August 19,
1969, and in consideration of the premises and the sum of $10.00
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to
the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever, the
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Parties of the Second Part,
their hairs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the
Parties of the Second Part, their heir and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance
the orders of the above named Court and the laws of Florida have
been followed and complied with in all respects.
