AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
RE; Lot 1?, Block 1, Sunrise Homesites
Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 13, page 14, public re-
cords of St. Lucie County. Florida.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
J. WILLIAM GALL, to me well known, and upon first being duly sworn,
did depose and say that he was an unmarried adult on July 22, 1969, the
date upon which this affiant, as grantor, executed and delivered unto
Annette Scharfschwerdt a warranty deed of conveyance to the real pro-
perty which is the subject of this affidavit, which deed was subsequently
recorded in Official Record Book 178, page 2796 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that this affiant continues unmarried
to this date.
