SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
IO•IOW ALL MEN BY TRESS PRESENTS, That the LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF
GEORGIA, a corporation under the laws of Georgia, holder and owner of
a certain mortgage given by Rand-Su Realty Co., Inc. to
Pal® Beach ldortgage Company , bearing date of ugust 7 ~
19 recorded in Official Record Hook 15=, page 52? _,, under
Clerk's file,_7782 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
st. Lucie County, State of Florida, and assigned to Life Insurance
Company of Georgia by assignment recorded in said office and given to
secure the sum of $ 39,~00'0~ evidenced by a certain note in said
amount of even date with said mortgage and fully described therein, upon
the following described property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 1, BAST COAST CATTLE COI+Il'ANY ADDITION,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 1, page 114.
has received full payment of said indebtedness and does hereby acknowledge
payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage, and hereby directs the
Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said corporation has caused these presents
to be signed in its name by its duly authorized officer, and itischorporate
seal to be affixed and attested by its Secretary this the day
