ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, Made this 17th day of Septenaber,
1969, between Herbert R. L3se and Millie C. L38s, his wife, and Louise L38s, a
widow, parties of the first p~rt, and J. Patrick Beacom,~ of 2811 North Indian River
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, party o~ the second pe~rt.
Witnesseth, That if the said pa.rty of the second part shall first make the
pe~ymenta and perform the covenanta hereinafter mentioned on his part to be made and
performed, the said gartiea of the first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and
~ssure to the said party of the second part, his heirs, executors, administrators, or
assigns, in fee simple clear of all incumbrances whatever, by a good and sufficient

Lots 13, 14, and 15, Block 2, McMullen's Plat,

and equipment belonging to tenants thereof,
and the said p~rty of the second part hereby covenants and agrees to pe~y totie said
parties of the first part the sum of Forty-eight Thousand Dollers (~48, 000. 00),
~5, 000.00 to be paid at the signing of this Agreement for Deed, including $1, 000.00
deposit which is herewith acknowled,ged.
The buyer~is to receive all income rentals.
It is furtt~r agreed between the parties Warranty Deed will not be
delivered until Ja.nuary 10, 1970, at which tiine the buyer agrees to pay an
additional 500. 00 and the sellers wi21 satisfy the eaisting first mortgage.

At this time the sellers will accept from the buyer a first mortgage to be
amortized into 102 equal. monthly payments ineZuding 7q6 intereet, the first p~yme~t
